GRANT
An authorized kit license grants nonexclusive permission to use, copy and
modify the included engine, runtime, builder, simulator, configurations,
documentation, text and artwork in unlimited original finished games.
Finished games may be free or paid. They may contain readable HTML/JavaScript
and modified included content required to run them; distributing that code
or the finished game's source to its players is permitted. No royalty is due.

TEAM SCOPE
One license covers one individual or legal entity and up to five people
working on that entity's game projects, including contractors. Keep kit
source access within that project team. Contractors may not retain/reuse the
kit for unrelated clients without their own license. A larger team requires
a separate explicit grant; no enterprise price or support service is promised.

TOOLKIT REDISTRIBUTION
Do not sell, share, sublicense, mirror or release the kit as a standalone
starter, template, library, toolkit or source asset, including modified kit
versions. Do not offer a substantially equivalent general-purpose starter
package whose main value is this reusable kit source. This restriction does
not prohibit readable code inside an original finished game or sharing that
game's source with its players. A renamed unchanged sample is not an original
finished game. Preserve copyright notices in reused source or an included
notice file. Player-facing credit is appreciated but optional.

CONTENT, ART AND BRAND
Included original sample text/configurations, CSS and SVG/PNG cover artwork
may be modified/reused in your original finished games under the same grant.
Replace sample/kit branding with your own game identity. No creator name,
logo or product-name trademark rights or endorsement are granted. No art,
story, player package or other asset from another game/product is included
or licensed. No third-party fonts, audio or runtime libraries are bundled.

PROVENANCE AND LIMITS
Code, design, documentation, text and original CSS/SVG art were developed
with generative AI assistance. This is permission for the creator's applicable
rights, not a claim of exclusive intellectual property or a guarantee that
AI-assisted elements are protectable or unique. Test your own game and any
content you add. No revenue, balance/fun result, faster development, future
content, platform approval or ongoing support is promised. The kit is supplied
as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing limits mandatory
rights, exceptions or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

This license applies to an authorized Finite Chapter Kit copy. A purchase of
another player's game does not grant these source-kit rights. These product
terms do not constitute jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

Playable samples supplied for preview may be played for personal evaluation.
Their readable JavaScript alone does not grant developer reuse rights; those
require an authorized source-kit license under the terms above.
